Isabella Michelle Pericone

Health Coach

Isabella completed her undergraduate studies at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY, followed by a 2,000-hour supervised internship to obtain a Registered Dietitian’s (RD) license. She developed and managed a weight loss clinic for a San Jose-based pulmonologist and also ran a private nutrition counseling practice for an internal medicine doctor.

Jane D’Souza

Jane is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) whose passion for nutrition and coaching came from her personal experiences trying to improve her own health. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and utilizes her decade of experience of people coaching and counseling to helping others improve their lifestyles through education, awareness, and behavioral eating therapy. She utilizes her knowledge of behavioral psychology principles to help individuals establish and achieve their health goals through use of effective nutrition and exercise tools, and became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She applies her thoughtful and patient approach to help people understand their own bodies and the benefits of eating real, whole foods.
